Ingredients

20g pepitas
20g sunflower seeds
20g flaked almonds, toasted
20g pistachio nuts, toasted
20g whole hazelnuts, toasted
30g dried apricots
30g dried cranberries
40g dried figs
30g Candied orange peel
30g candied ginger
300g dark chocolate, melted

Method

  1. Line a large baking tray with baking paper and draw circles of about 4 cm in diameter.
  2. Roughly chop the nuts, and cut the dried fruits into small pieces.
  3. Place a spoonful of chocolate within the circles on the lined baking tray making them into discs. Place the fruit, nut and seeds onto the chocolate discs, pressing gently into the chocolate, then leave to set in a cool dry place for at least 1 hour. Store in a cool dry place for up to a week.
