Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 teaspoons japanese soy sauce
1 teaspoon mirin
2 teaspoons japanese rice vinegar
1/2 teaspoon caster sugar
2 teaspoons dried shredded wakame
12 oysters, on the shell
50g salmon roe

Method

  1. To make the dressing, combine all the ingredients in a small bowl.
  2. Soak the wakame in a bowl of cold water for 5 minutes, or until soft. Drain well.
  3. Arrange the oysters on a serving plate and spoon some roe onto each oyster. Spoon over the dressing and some wakame to serve.
