Ingredients

250g fusilli
250g smoked sausage
200g passata
250g frozen mixed mushrooms
1 small bunch parsley, finely chopped
1 onion, thinly sliced
2 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
1 teaspoon rock salt
freshly ground black pepper
750ml water

Method

  1. Set aside 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley. Put all the other ingredients into a large saucepan in the order listed. Cook for approximately 15 minutes over a medium heat, stirring regularly. About 2 cm of cooking liquid should remain at the end. Sprinkle the parsley on top.
