Smoked salmon blinis with caviar

Quantity Ingredient
2 x 135g packs blinis
1 tablespoon horseradish
200g crème fraiche
200g smoked salmon, divided into small slices
100g pot salmon caviar or lump fish roe
small bunch fresh dill

Method

  1. Wrap the blinis in foil and warm in a 200°C oven for 2 minutes.
  2. Mix together the horseradish and crème fraiche and set to one side.
  3. Next, place the blinis on a platter and top each one with a dollop of the crème fraiche and horseradish mixture, a slice of smoked salmon and 1/2 teaspoon of the caviar or roe. Garnish with a sprig of dill.
