Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
350g fresh tomatoes, finely chopped
1 red onion, very finely chopped
50g coriander, finely chopped
1 lime, juiced
1 red or jalapeño chilli, finely chopped
sea salt

Method

  1. Place the chopped tomatoes, red onion, coriander, lime juice and chilli in a large bowl along with a large pinch of sea salt.
  2. Mix well, check for seasoning and adjust the levels of sea salt to taste. Serve immediately.
