Payment

  • How do I upgrade from free trial to full membership?

    You can upgrade to full membership at anytime when you sign in to Cooked, or by going to My Account and selecting Subscription from the menu. Here you can upgrade your membership and manage your payment preferences. 

  • How do I change my billing settings?

    Go to My Account and select Subscription from the menu. Here you can change your billing settings from annual to monthly recurring payments, or simply purchase a one-year membership with no recurring billing. 

  • What payment methods are available?

    You can pay for your Cooked membership using Mastercard, American Express or Visa credit cards. At the moment we are not able to accept payment via PayPal. All purchases will be charged in Australian dollars (AUD). If you are purchasing with an international credit card you may incur international transaction fees. 

  • What currency are Cooked prices shown in?

    Memberships and books prices on Cooked are shown in Australian dollars (AUD). All purchases will be charged in Australian dollars (AUD). If you are purchasing with an international credit card you may incur international transaction fees. 

  • Do you offer any kind of shared account or family subscription?

    If you have purchased a full one-year membership you’ll be able to gift a membership to one other person, such as a family member or partner. This membership will not be linked to your account in any way. You’ll only be able to share your membership once. 

  • Can I get a 12-month Cooked membership in advance?

    Yes, you can purchase a 12-month Cooked membership in advance. Go to My Account and select Subscription from the menu and adjust your membership settings.

  • Why can't I activate my free trial?

    Free trials are available for new users only. If you have used Cooked before you are not eligible for a second free trial. If you’re a new user trying to start your first free trial and unable to sign up with a valid email address please contact us: members@cooked.com.au 

  • Can I change my subscription?

    Yes. Go to My Account and select the Subscription option from the menu, you can check your subscription status here, renew or update your billing details.

  • How can I change my payment details?

    Go to My Account and select the Subscription option from the menu, you can check your subscription status here, renew or update your billing details. 

  • Why did I receive an email about payment failure?

    Payment failure occurs when the credit card details you have entered for your Cooked subscription are not able to be processed. This could be due to lack of funds, or the credit card expiring. To update your details go to My Account and select the Subscription option from the menu, you can check your subscription status here, renew or update your billing details. If you are still having issues processing payment please contact us at members@cooked.com.au

  • How do I change the renewal date of my membership?

    Your membership renewal date is based on the date that you joined and cannot be changed.

    Is GST (tax) included in the price?

    Yes. All transactions on Cooked are processed in Australian dollars (AUD) and GST (goods and services tax) is included. 

  • How can I get a receipt for my purchase?

    Go to My Account and select Purchase History from the menu. Here you can see a complete transaction history for all purchases you have made on Cooked, including books from the store and membership purchases. 

  • What is the refund policy?

    If you have purchased a book from the store and you believe it is faulty, please return in its original condition along with a copy of your receipt. If you have changed your mind please contact us at info@cooked.com.au
