Green Kitchen Travels

Luise Vindahl and David Frenkiel follow up their gorgeous book, The Green Kitchen, with Green Kitchen Travels, another beautiful collection of vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free recipes, this time inspired by their around-the-world travels. Available September 15.

Hungry For That

Raph Rashid, the mastermind behind Beatbox Kitchen and the Taco Trucks, has released his debut cookbook, Hungry For That. The book contains over 70 recipes that speak of Raph’s world of food inspiration – from the humble burger served in American diners to the surf-inspired flavours of Mexico’s Baja Peninsula. Hungry for That celebrates Raph’s favourite recipes, and pushes great fast food to another level. Check out our behind the scenes video here

Mug Cakes

Something For Everyone

The Islands of Greece

After exploring the cuisine of Istanbul, Rebecca Seal is now heading for the Islands of Greece. This gorgeous book contains over 90 recipes that capture the regional specialties of the islands from Crete to Milos, Santorini to Rhodes. Available September 8.

Taste of Australia

Lyndey Milan has been travelling across the country’s diverse geographic regions to unearth the real Taste of Australia – from the multicultural cuisines of the cities, the fresh produce of the wine regions and spectacular high country, to the incredible seafood of the coast and the indigenous flavours of the Australian bush. Accompanying her new TV series of the same name, Taste of Australia features over 90 delicious recipes, with some special guest recipes from superstar chefs such as Rick Stein, Peter Evans, Neil Perry and Maggie Beer.
