No Chinese New Year celebration is complete without a serve of dumplings. As they resemble gold ingots, these tasty little morsels are said to bring prosperity and wealth. To increase our fortune for the year ahead, we crafted a batch of these potsticker dumplings from The Real Food of China.
We’re not going to lie to you – for this version we cheated slightly by using chicken mince and store-bought wonton wrappers, but following our success with the steamed pumpkin dumplings we’ll be sure to give the dough a whirl next time round.
