Ingredients

Method

  1. Cut feta cheese into 3 cm cubes and place in a serving bowl. Drizzle with a little olive oil and sprinkle plenty of fresh or dried thyme on top. Add a pinch of freshly ground black pepper if desired. Perfect with salami, olives or other quickly assembled finger food.
