Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
a few slices felino salami, napoli salami and calabrian hot sausage
a few slices parma ham, bresaola or mortadella
grissini, crostini or unsalted crackers

Method

  1. Display the meats ‘artistically’ on a platter, and bring through to the guests to help themselves. Usually grissini, crostini or unsalted crackers are eaten with the meats. It is important that they are unsalted because the preserved meats contain salt.
  2. The most significant thing about this dish is that you don’t need to cook at home, as everything is available from a good delicatessen.
