Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 quantity Bruschetta
4 ripe figs, sliced
1 lemon, juiced
extra virgin olive oil
salt
freshly ground black pepper
1 large buffalo mozzarella, sliced
chopped mint, to garnish

Method

  1. Only use the ripest flgs you can find for this one. Dress the sliced flgs with lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper.
  2. Top each bruschetta with a layer of dressed flgs and a slice of mozzarella.
  3. Garnish with a little chopped mint and a drizzle of olive oil.
  4. Arrange on platters and serve.
