Marinated fire-roasted peppers with anchovies

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
salt
freshly ground black pepper
extra virgin olive oil
2 teaspoon chopped sweet marjoram or basil
1 quantity Fire-roasted peppers
12 anchovy
1 garlic clove, sliced

Method

  1. Sprinkle a plate with salt and pepper, a little olive oil and half the herbs. Place the peppers on the platter.
  2. Arrange the anchovies, remaining herbs and garlic over the top of the peppers.
  3. To serve, season with pepper and drizzle once again with olive oil.
