Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 Dehi achcharu
2 teaspoons red asian shallots or onions, finely sliced
2 fresh red or green chillies, seeded and sliced

Method

  1. Cut the lime into small pieces and mix with the shallots and chillies in a small bowl. Serve with a rice and curry meal. A teaspoon of this is sufficient for a serving, as it is meant to be only a taste accent.
