Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
6 dried cascabel chillies
3 tablespoons sea salt
1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Method

  1. Toast the chillies in a frying pan over a medium heat for a couple of minutes.
  2. Once cool, put into a spice grinder or pestle and mortar and grind to a fine powder. Mix in the salt and smoked paprika.
