Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
5 jalapeño chillies
1 shallot, roughly chopped
1 small apple, roughly chopped
1 tablespoon agave syrup
3 tablespoons chopped coriander leaves
1/2 teaspoon sea salt

Method

  1. Put all the ingredients into a blender and whizz on high speed for 1 minute. Scrape down the sides of the jug and whizz again until you have a chunky sauce. Depending on how sweet or sour you like your salsa, you may want to add more agave or salt.
