Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
3 cups water
1 cup coconut milk
1 teaspoon salt
2 cups basmati rice, washed

Method

  1. Bring the water, coconut milk and salt to the boil. Add the rice and simmer for 20 minutes on a low heat, until the water is absorbed and the rice soft.
