Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 large tomatoes, finely chopped
2 cucumbers, peeled and finely chopped
1 onion, finely chopped
4-5 stalks coriander, finely chopped
1 tablespoon lemon or lime juice
1 teaspoon sugar
salt, to taste

Method

  1. Combine all the ingredients. Refrigerate and serve.
