This cocktail is best served in a collins glass.

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
45ml rhubarb purée, (see method)
30ml sloe gin
30ml vanilla vodka
15ml fresh lemon juice
60ml cloudy apple juice

Method

  1. To make the rhubarb purée, place 2 chopped stalks rhubarb, 140 g (5 oz/⁄ cup) sugar and 60 ml water in a saucepan and cook over low heat for 25 minutes. Process in a blender until smooth. Cool before using.
  2. To make the cocktail, shake and pour all the ingredients over ice cubes in a collins glass.
