Often when I make a smoothie, I make enough for 2 or 3 serves at a time. I will then pour myself a glass and bottle the rest to take to work, or just put it in the fridge for those moments when I CBB (can’t be bothered) making something healthy, but totally know I should. This smoothie is super-hydrating and, with the pineapple, really good for your gut – just make sure you keep the core in there to get the full benefit. It goes perfectly with Berry red superpops, or a Fruit salad bliss bite.
