This is my favourite drink, especially if I have eaten something greasy. It kicks your body back into gear and helps to get your metabolism moving, while also fighting free radicals with a huge burst of antioxidants. It’s also filled with fibre!

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 tablespoon matcha
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
80g blueberries
30g raspberries
30g blackberries
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
375ml almond milk
1 banana, frozen
1/4 avocado
1 teaspoon almond butter
1 teaspoon psyllium husks

Method

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. Serve in 2 large glasses. Enjoy immediately.
