We now know that good fats are essential for a healthy diet, and this moreish mix is a great way to get a balanced combination of omega 3, 6 and 9 into your diet, as well as loads of trace nutrients and fibre. I use it to enrich my baking, add to my porridge or pancakes, or to scatter into my crumble toppings. It’s also great on top of smoothies or yoghurt and, because it’s been blitzed together, is easier to digest.
