Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
60g watermelon flesh
20ml ouzo
15ml lime juice
sparkling wine

Method

  1. Place 60 g watermelon flesh, 20 ml ouzo, 15 ml lime juice and some ice in a blender and blend until smooth. Strain into a martini glass and top with sparkling wine.
