Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
500g green beans, topped and tailed and stringed if necessary
salt
60ml olive oil
1 teaspoon lemon juice
freshly ground black pepper
200g tinned tuna in oil

Method

  1. Drop beans into boiling salted water and cook until just tender-crisp; drain. While still hot, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Drain tuna, break into large chunks and toss with beans. Cover and chill before serving.
