4 turnips, peeled and diced
2 teaspoons caraway seeds
60g light sour cream
paprika
lemon juice

Method

  1. Cook turnips in boiling salted water, with caraway seeds, for 5 minutes. Drain off water, then add sour cream. Heat through gently for a few minutes. Sprinkle with paprika and a little lemon juice and serve hot.
