Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 tablespoon grated red cabbage
1 tablespoon grated white cabbage
1 tablespoon grated carrot
2 tablespoons walnut oil
1 teaspoon vinegar
salt
pepper
1 small bunch chives, snipped
1 wedge brie
4 slices dried-fruit bread

Method

  1. Mix the grated cabbage and carrots with the walnut oil, vinegar, a pinch of salt and pepper and the snipped chives. Slice the brie and arrange on the bread. Top each slice with a spoonful of cabbage salad before serving.
