Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 apple
1 camembert
butter
4 slices artisan country bread
8 walnut kernels
salt
pepper

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Cut the apple into 12 slices. Place on a baking tray lined with baking parchment. Put in the oven for 15 minutes. Divide the Camembert into 12 portions. Butter each slice of bread. Place three pieces of Camembert and three slices of cooked apple on top. Put under the grill for 5 minutes. Top with the walnut kernels and season with salt and pepper before serving.
