Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
150g cooked green lentils
2 teaspoons rosemary
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoons creme fraiche
4 teaspoons dijon mustard
4 slices bread
2 slices roast pork
salt
pepper

Method

  1. Blend the lentils with 1 teaspoon of the rosemary, the olive oil and the crème fraîche. Spread the slices of bread with mustard, then spread the lentil purée on top. Cut the pork slices in half, lay them on the bread, sprinkle with the remaining rosemary, and season with salt and pepper before serving.
