Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
150g beef
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 pinches ground ginger
2 pinches ground coriander
2 pinches curry powder
3 sprigs fresh coriander
1 lime, zested and juiced
4 slices wholemeal bread
4 tablespoons tahini
2 handfuls baby salad leaves
4 teaspoons sesame oil
salt
pepper

Method

  1. Cut the beef into strips. Marinate in the olive oil, spices, chopped fresh coriander and lime juice. Spread the slices of bread with tahini. Top with the baby salad leaves. Heat a frying pan and shallow fry the meat with the marinade for 5 minutes. Place the pieces of cooked meat on top, drizzle with sesame oil, add the lime zest, and season with salt and pepper before serving.
