Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
4 slices toast
1 garlic clove
4 tablespoons olive oil
2 tomatoes
8 slices spanish cured ham
salt
pepper

Method

  1. Rub the slices of toast with the garlic clove while still warm. Brush each slice with 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Halve the tomatoes and rub the toast with the flesh so that the juice soaks in thoroughly. Top with the ham slices, and season with salt and pepper before serving.
