Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 tablespoon almonds
1 tablespoon hazelnuts
1 tablespoon pine kernels
1 tablespoon shelled pistachios
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
50g stale bread or croutons
1 garlic clove
1 pinch salt

Method

  1. Chop all the ingredients together. Spread the mixture on a baking tray lined with baking parchment and put under the grill for 5–10 minutes until golden. Store in an airtight container.
