Raw broccoli with olive oil, honey and coriander

Method

  1. Cook 50 g brown rice, rinse to cool it down and allow to dry thoroughly in a colander. Add it to ½ quantity raw broccoli with olive oil, honey and coriander. Make a dressing by finely chopping a small thumb of root ginger and mixing it with 2 tablespoons soy sauce and a sprinkling of sesame seeds. Toss with the broccoli and rice and top with nori seaweed, torn into flakes.
