Ingredients

250g rotelle
250g turkey fillets
250g frozen peas
1 saint-marcellin or other soft, creamy cheese, cut into chunks
4 leeks, thinly sliced
or 2 spring onions, thinly sliced
1 garlic clove, thinly sliced
1 chicken stock cube
200ml single cream
freshly ground black pepper
750ml water

Method

  1. Put all the ingredients into a large saucepan in the order listed. Cook for approximately 15 minutes over a medium heat, stirring regularly. About 2 cm of cooking liquid should remain at the end.
